OK, guys and gals, you won't hear from me for a couple of weeks. I'm going for a two weeks trip to El Salvador and Colombia, passing Houston on my way there. That'll be my first visit to the US, staying for a full three hours:-).

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"I'll bring my camera, of course, but don't know if there will be many photo ops (meetings, hotel lobbys).

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"Stay well, all.

Have a great trip, Kjell! At least you are going to get a break from your cold and snow.

Take pictures, even if they are through the airplane window, the towels in the hotel room, the view of the parking lot (bet your hotel's view will be better than that!) and the airport at Houston. Give a shout when you get back.

bilybianca, have a safe & fun trip. Find a couple of photo ops and post some photos when you get back home.

Good luck and be safe.

OK, short report.

I'm at a computer in Bogota. El Salvador was nice, got more photo ops than I expected. Still curious about the result, though, haven't been able to see anything on a computer screen yet.

Returning to Sweden Thursday, back home Friday.

OK, peace and quiet is over for you, I'm back home safe. The trip from Bogota to Malmo/Sweden went without any hickups. The trouble started just across the Swedish border (100 k from home) with snowstorm and cancelled trains. But I got on one that actually took me home at last. Now I'm busy deleting photos from my portable harddrive, we'll see if any survives the first round. If there are any worth posting you'll all see them in a couple of days.
