Forground Monteith's Celtic Red - background Monteith's Gold. Location Dux de Lux Christchurch New Zealand. Found a general rule of thumb for travel - drink the local beer.

Here is another one.Aroaki/Mt. Cook National Park, New Zealand. I also had a few Speight's Old Dark's, but I can not find those images. Maybe I just thought I took them. The restaurant is the Old Mountaineer's Club - good food, great beer(s), nice people and absolute drop dead scenery. We put s dent in the Black Mac supply though.

This was the view the following day at Mt. Cook - when we were downing the Black Mac's it was snowing (which is why we were inside). Actually this image was up the hill and to the left of the Old Mountaineer's club.
