Bald Eagles a pair / Camera Wagon

Pentax K10D / Bigma

I call my FJ The Camera Wagon. It is a tool for my photo business and what I use to get as close as I can to Wildlife I have located with my binoculars or spotting scope.

Before daylight I parked The Camera Wagon and climbed up a ridge to glass for Wildlife. I found a couple of Bald Eagles down in the valley. On the way back to The Camera Wagon I noticed the moon above it so I took a couple of shots.

I headed down into the valley and was able to get with in 1/2 mile. A short stalk later

I think I'm beginning to get jealous, not sure if it's the area you live in or the time you have to take these great photos. Guess I just need to appreciate that your sharing em with us.

Great set-up and locationyou have Roger.

Done full justice with your camera and lens combination.

The eagle close ups are superb,a great advert for the Bigma so nice and sharp for such a big lens.

As they say in this part of the world "Cracker shots"

Good evening Jim. thank you for looking and for commenting.

Time to shoot schedule

Up around 5PM
Web site & Merchandise work until 6:00.
Hunting Wildlife 6 to 9 or 10
Hotel, gift shop, web sites & work on the photos until around 3:30
Hunting Wildlife until around 6:30
Hotel, gift shop, web sites & work on the photos until around 10:00
Watch the news & read the paper and go to bed

Try this schedule 7 days a week and you will find you get to press the shutter pretty often. I realize most folks can't do this but I am self employed so I get to make my own decisions about time and days.

Fantastic shots as per. That is one of the benefits of self-employment. Of course the hard part is going back to work when it is a nice day outside. I know I couldn't.

Thanks Darren for commenting and for looking. Self employed IMH is better than working for some one else.
