Go out and have fun - that's the reason why I have a camera in the first place. And let's not talk about heat waves - they are discussing possible March record temperatures in the warmer areas around here Sunday and Monday - like possible 90 F??!! Too hot, too soon!

P.S. What program do you use for post processing?

I dont' know if you used the contrast adjustments, but I find I get better results using levels instead. While I think your problem has more to do with exposure problems due to the white birds, it could also be accentuated if you try to turn up the contrast too much. Don't know if that applies here, but it's something to play with.
