Okay, this is the first time I have shot in RAW due to lack of my old computer being able to process them.I got a new computer, PhotoShop CS2, and a K100D. Here's the first bit of shooting I have done.

Shot with K100D and Tamron 28-200mm, RAW,Exif Intact

His truck first:

Well I have probably shot in RAW about as much as you have, so take this for what it is worth. The truck pic has a very three dimensional look to it, it really looks like the front bumper is protruding through the front of my monitor. I don't know how you achieved this, but it is very cool.

On the flip side, I can really tell that the background blur was created in post processing as both the truck and the car have a ring of "focus" all around them. I think this is just a little distracting and the solution may be as simple as blowing it up and blurring closer to the vehicles.

All in all, I like them both,

Tim

I agree. The 3D look is very cool, but the blurring of the background needs to be continued right up to the edge of the vehicle.
