A few shots I'd like to share taken with the Pentax K100D. I shot this with the Tamron 70-300mm LD 1:2 Macro (got it used for $90). I coach soccer at this school but this is the Prep (7th & 8th grade) team and I shot from the corner flag and used Spot Metering and as a result got a lot more keepers than using the default Evaluative Metering.

Cool shots - they are wonderful! I love the DOF - it seems like you really nailed the right one with all of the pictures. They give me hope that I'll eventually get this sports stuff down right eventually.

Realy great shots, you have captured the moment, the expressions, colour, movement and the sharpness. Well done.
