I highly recommend it. I went this year and it was a blast. That is one of the reasons I went to a DSLR. If you go, save one day for Lake Tahoe. I took about 400 pics in 2 days at Reno and my wife took about 700 pics at Tahoe in one day.

For pics, I would suggest not going to Reno on Sunday. By Sunday the crowds are huge and some of the planes have blown engines and are grounded. I also suggest you buy a pit pass for one day. Friday was actually my favorite day since the crowds were smaller. The crowd was twice as big on Sat. and some people only go on Sunday every year. If you like fast planes, it is one neat week.

Wow, such great shots! You did really well with these but especially the F18. How long did the cone last?
