Anyone else have trouble with the color red in the K100D?

If so, what do you do to correct it.

I shot this photo with the 35mm @ f/8 and 1/125 (two stops under exposed)

Then brightened it is PSE5.

Of the five shots I took, it seem the underexposed one had the best detail and best color representation when post processed.

Any suggestion as to how I can improve this??

Ed

Does this help - not knowing how red the original was, it's difficult to judge.

I duplicated the layer, set it to Soft & adjusted the Opacity to suite.

An infact all video capture cameras.... video cams too.

HD and upper end SLRS seem to have gotten pretty well nailed, but still the least clear color in the spectrum.

And in low end analog tape (like VHS) it also worked out to be the worst recorded frequency as well.... making bright reds in any 2nd gen VHS tape really awful.
