shot with Vivitar S1 105mm Macro at various apertures, shot RAW and converted with RawSooter. I think I should try some more creative approah with wider apertures. just resized and removed a lot of dustspots (that really annoys me)
any comments welcomed.

You've given me the inspiration to dig out my old Pentax M 100mm macro to what I can do.

gfurm, very nice shots. #2 really looks like something out of sci-fi! Thanks for posting. Here is a similar shot, but I can't get as close with my close-up filters. Its all backlit because I had the camera inside the petals of the flower.

Wow, great shots Greg. I like the first and fourth the best. The second shot must be a really large flower, even at 1:1!

Glenn,

I like your shot too and the backlighting makes a cool effect.

That's close! Really nice shots, Greg. #2 is my favourite for a photo, but #1 looks like a real nice flower. What flower is it?

thanks everyone.

I have no idea what kind of flower is no.1 it's quite small (all this white cluster was ariund 1.5 inches tall). No.2 is tulip really close, I think it was 1:1. I personally like the last one, looks like some kind of monster trying to swallow you .
