Took an Easter Day walk with my wife and the dog. Saw this from a distance and wondered what it was. Till I came closer. Unfortunately no macro lens in the bag. 16-45 @ 45 mm.

Nice capture, but bleh! On your closeup it looks like there's an ant to the upper right that's missing it's rear end.

Very cool. I think I would have run home and got the macro lens though. I am sure your wife and dog would have understood. :-)
