It's been a busy easter weekend, one of the things was a visit to a butterfly farm.

At the edge of protected nature area "Zwaakseweel" middle in the zeeuwse polders you find butterfly garden "Berkenhof".
With it's 1400m² its the biggest of the Netherlands.

All images taken with the kiron 105mm

Enjoy - Ronny

Nice shots! The closest one of those farms to me is in Canada.

very nice photos. the butterfly house I went to is much smaller and has less species.
mostly something similar to what you got on 3rd picture and something with white wings.

can you tell what aperture did you use for his photos?

Lovely shots. Did you use a flash at all, or were all natural light?

Looks like your butterfly place houses the same species as the two I visit.

First of all Everybody thanks for the nice remarks
[line][line]
Tom, seems that I'm lucky just found another one in my neighborhood. (ca 100km), don't know how big this is going to be and think I'll better wait some month's before going again

[line]
Roy, I really like this lens, and imho it has more than earned its status

[line]
Greg, I added some exif data below the pictures, the camera was in aperture priority and the ev was - 1/2
(just forgot that is was but don't think it did do any harm)

[line]
Darren all except one where shot without flash, I guess they have the same delivery agency to buy their butterflies (lol)
