i know these are almost but i'm getting in gear for another season. not near the IQ of the DF but i'm working toward that.

Those look pretty good to me, the second (the katydid) is the best in my opinion. I notice that several of the bugs are standing on some kind of wire, maybe from a fence. If you got some kind of special fence that attracts bugs you should be sharing the secret with the rest of us bug paparazzi.

taken with the sigma 500dg and the new bounce difffuser.
the wire is just the top of a field fence.
i was surprised to find the katydid. it's body is only 1/4'' long and it's rather fast.
