Brilliant shot Rodney.

The shllow DoF really works here, leaving the wings soft and the eye beautifully sharp.

Well done.

Hi Rodney,

Very nicely done. You got the face very sharp with good detail. The glint in the eye adds life. I'm looking forward to seeing some great shots of fascinating Aussie wildlife from you in the future.

Isn't that rather cruel?

Mind you I suppose it does make taking the photos easier.
