Yes im in trouble with my beautiful wife. I picked up my new K10D on Saturday. Just have to figure it all out. Snapped a few picks. Couldnt help myself. At this stage, no better than her s5600 but give me another day and i will prove the worth.[I hope lol] About to go outside with my old manual Pentax 89 -200lens and figure that out. Cheers Keith

Have fun playing with your new camera! It does take a while to get the best out of the camera, and to figure out how it "thinks." There's just SO many options!

If I were married.....

Let's just say the lady of the house would abide by the rules of the house, set by me. In trouble! Pah! Don't be ridiculous.

Well, my dad says when you're married, you can either be right or be happy.....

As a bachelor, I am always right, and always happy.

PLUS, and this is a biggie, No one to bust my balls every time I make an irresponsible "toy" purchase.... road bike, camera, computer, stereo, large quantities of alcohol, etc.

Life is good.

That is part of the fun of having a relationship.

The only people who boast they have freedom, are always single!

My other half is very accomodating - over most things. No quibble when I bought the DL2 - was then going to get the K100D, but she said I wouldn't be happy till I had teh K10D, so I might as well buy that instead. So I lidtened to her advice and bought the K10D. No problem.

I'm getting married in september so I still have some time to buy my toys. the problem is this wedding is draining all my money so I don't have any laft to buy more toys . luckily I managed to suppress my LBA and I haven't bought any lenses in quite a while.

sometimes you have to do something irresponsible just to do it. it's a man thing. even before you turn forty. :-)
