That is good news.

Did they mention what market they were aiming towards with the new bodies? Would it be high end bodies (over €2000) or would there be a €1000-ish consumer body too?
What I was told and told I could tell is exactly what I posted. There will be two new DSLR's to add to the already existing K100D and K10D which will not conflict with those two models. The 645D is a separate entity and is not a part of the 2 other DSLR's I have mentioned. So effectively there are "3"...

Hey Ben.....

Here is one to throw at Pentax for next gen cam (or even firmaware buttton option for the 10D) How about a 1 button manual WB option like most pro video cameas have.

Even 10D makes manual AWB rather cumbersome to do.

OPPS just reviewing realised I already posted this idea.... but it sure would be nice option to have, when a convenient white surface in odd light was present but no card carried.

Hello Robert;

I went to your "Smug Mug" web site and was impressed by your startlingly beautiful night shots taken in San Francisco. You are very talented. You can feel that your accomplishments have been acknowledged and you merit being cited for such fine work...

Just in...

uh-oh.
