This is really crazy: Photozone.de reviewed the SMC-K 135mm F2.5! I am in shock. Please, tell me it is not Monday already:-)

I have the crummy "paper weight" Takumar 135mm F2.5. While some older lenses are great (* series at least), I hope Pentax does not make a reputation of a dinosaur camera system. I like my new spanking new DAs way too much.

i also HAD the non-coated one for a while. it worked well as a trout line anchor.lol
difference in price says it all. $200/$30

Could somebody loan them an FA135mm2.8 if not A*135mm. If they are to test older lens, there will be millions (sort of) around

Zillions apparently. They concluded the review with "PS: Please don't bet on many more non-DA/FA tests though - I would surely die testing the zillion of old Pentax lenses." :-)
