Pentax K100D Sigma 70-300mm DG APO Macro on my new Verbon Sherpa 250 R Tripod in the backyard.

Nice job Rodney, those are some good shots. Is that a Gerber daisy? I have never seen a flower quite like it before but it would look great in my front garden.

That is one incredibly sharp lens. Each time I see images such as these, I am more and more convinced that I need (not just want) the Sigma 70-300 APO DG Macro.

Your pictures are excellent--good marraige between an excellent photographer and a great lens!! Jay
