The warranty will cover it, but I hated the phone and am back using my old Nokia which is a much better phone, it just doesn't have:

A sad excuse for a camera, the worlds worst video camera, access to the internet on a 2" screen, blue tooth, so I can use a remote ear piece with terrible sound and a flip face that would flip on its own many times and hang up on callers without warning.

I agree with Tim...you can definitely have my Nextel for the same treatment & then take the weedeater & rototiller to it next!! Tom, if they give you any grief when you take it back, tell them "At least it isn't a toilet drop" I had to do that with a pager a while back & you should have seen the look that I got!:G:G:G

heck tom,
a couple of alligator clips, a foot of 2 stranded wire,and your car battery should tell you if the phone is still operational .

the warranty??? you really have to be kidding!!??

It is one of those extra warranty programs thay always want you to buy, so no matter what the reason the phone doesn't work, they will replace it. Possibly a great time to find out why my slight damage isn't covered just because I can't find all the parts.
