i've gotten so many shots from today and yesterday it's overwhelming. went to the medieval fair yesterday and shot a green backed heron with the 300+1.4x on a tripod today. i had a few shots of him/her getting into the nest but just wasn't happy with them. but i do have these two.

The second shot reminds me of Woody Woodpecker in the old cartoons. These are nice Roy and hopefully we will see some from the medieval fair soon?

scott,
frame made by Bud Guinn's actions. i guess it's ok to post them as you can d/l them yourself. the frame i used is the double frame landscape.
