OspreyLand - BIF's

Pentax K10D / Sigma 50-5000 lens

Hand held with my BushHawk

I am still staying in the flight path between the nest and the lake. The female is still down in the nest and not moving very much at all so I am guessing she still is on eggs. These are from two different areas about 2 miles apart. Until I am sure their are babies I won't go near the nest I don't want to bother the expecting Mom.

Roger, these shots are excellent. I especially like pic no. 1--a classic rendering of a bird of prey! I am truly envious of your sorroundings!

I think I like the second one best as you can see the eyes. Nice job as usual on all of them Roger.

Tim thank you sir for the kind works and for looking. Somedays I feel real lucky to get any eyes and then some days the eyes seem easy. The ups and downs of trying to capture wildlife.

I got a couple of shots of a couple of days ago from a little john boat when my neighbor and I went out to check the land we hunted last fall. I only took the Sigma 70-300 because that lens and the camera can fit inside a gallon ziplock bag. So here are a couple of FL Osprey saying "hi" to your NM Osprey.
