Hi all,

Next weekend I plan on going to an airshow in Reading Pa. and would like some input on the best settings for the K10D/Bigma combo. I think if it's sunny enough, the Bigma shouldn't have too much of a problem. I mostly shoot in Av/RAW, should I switch to TAv? Manual? (never tried either). Also suggestions for bright, white, overcast conditions. Any help from some airshow buffs would be greatly appreciated!
cheers, Wayne

I LOVE the last one! That's an awesome shot (they are all good, but that's really cool).

Hello Everybody,

Here you go....Despite all the technical issues, this picture one is my favorite pictures of the La Crosse, WI Airshow. The raw power of afterburner jets .......

You can see the rest at:

Feel free to wander through this and the other albums and leave when you have had your fill :-)

Gentle C&C is always welcome and appreciated.

Hi Feroz

From the pictures I saw on your web site you got Some great Shots. I have taken my DS to several Airshows now and got Some great Shots also
I really Did not have much problem with the AF, except when I did not pan correctly and hit open Sky With no Clouds.
I cannot wait for the next airshow to try out my K100D.

Since i dont see any pictures of it, Did they do the Heritage Flyover??

Phil

Hi Phil,

There was supposed to be a heritage flight a F-18 with a P51 Mustang and one with the B25. I saw the heritage flight at the rehersal but for some reason they did not perform it at the show.

The B25 did do a dedication flyby for all the troops overseas though.
That was cool.

I think your DS would do much better that its little brother the DL.
Thanks for you comments.

Feroz
