I have no clue how it is done. But they are amazing. Talking about a fisheye lens giving odd view?

Very cool. From what I can tell, it's done using a special Quicktime software and a fisheye, not unlike stitching together panoramas.

There are also formes of it that use special lenses to pull it off as well as dedicated software..... Oh yeah...IPIX.... THATS IT.
