I was there in Centre Island, Toronto¬*this afternoon ¬*and took these few pict. I have not been there for more than 10 yrs. Not much has changed except that there were just zillion people there.
Even geese got to be out of the way , sort of. The subject is self-explanatory. I did have a great time as you can see

Nice series Daniel! I especially like the splashes of water that are frozen in the images--they convey a real sense of energy (no. 3 is especially effective). Looks like the geese did not want anything to do with the Dragon boats:-)

Cool series! The geese didn't seem to be too concerned about leaving the area as the boats were passing - moved just far enough to get out of the way. Love it!

Jay & Harriet,

Thanks for taking time to comment.

Both of the pict below look funny and compressed. These were taken after the race I believe

Wonderful series, Daniel! What an energy, I wouldn't like to be in the way of these women when they are decided on where to go! I'd move faster and further than the geese.

300 mm?

Rodney, Roy & Kjell,
Thanks for taking time to comment.
Kjell,
I have only one tele 300mmF4 and I have stopped acquiring lens for some time. Gave an order for an DA40mm 4 months ago to Henry of Toronto. Gave it up after waiting for 3 months before my trip to Europe.

Great action shots of both people and geese.
