Blackbird waiting for the train

While I was waiting for the train to show up this character showed up.

The best I could figure he was singing the Blackbird version of Chattanooga Choo Choo. He did make the wait more entertaining.

Quote:
Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these sunken eyes and learn to see
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to be free.

Blackbird fly, Blackbird fly
Into the light of the dark black night.

Blackbird fly, Blackbird fly
Into the light of the dark black night.

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
You were only waiting for this moment to arise

He truly is performing. Great images and nice detail Roger.

Rodney, appropriate accompanying poem. Thanks for sharing.

Rodney,

Any excuse to quote the Beatles is a good one

Roger: Do you wear a 'Perform if you love Pentax" hat when you get these shots? they're always more lively for you (or you're just impossibly more patient and adept than I.. hmm..)

Hi Bev, thanks for the kind comment and for taking the time to look. He was working pretty hard at getting that song out.

Wow! Exporure is bang-on. I know from trying to get a good shot of the neighbor's black dog how rough it can be.

As usual excellent work Roger!
