This is one of the first pics I've taken with my K10D, it was taken last week at Fiesta Texas.

My son asked all day for one of those Superman capes and was pleased as punch when he finally got one... untill Daffy got a hold of it

Roy - Love the picture of Barkley (this month will be a very hard month to vote on - so many great pictures!) and his story is wonderful- thanks for putting in the link.

Yes. Barkley's story is a great one, and so is yours, Roy. We have had rescue dogs in the past, too, and one of our two Norwegian Elkhounds now is one (the fat one on the left in the picture posted in this thread. The unfortunate part is that there are too many pets in need of homes for one reason or another, and not enough folks willing to take them in. Keep up the good work.

i just wish his was the only story. we've fostered over 250 dogs here in this house and there are MANY stories you do not want to hear.

Finally back from our Cape Cod trip. Unfortunately I had next to NO time to go photo-hunting as it was very much a family vacation so sunsets were usually when we were entertaining and sunrise was prior to 5am and, well.. I was on vacation!

This sign in Hyannis caught my eye, though, for the contest. Seems in the Cape they'll devour any lobster, no matter what it's faith. That's integration and acceptance if I've ever seen it.
