WING balance Vulture style (Funny)

I decided it might be fun to just sit under a tree in between a couple of snags and watch the vultures. I had noticed that before they head out for the days hunt they move around on the snags and lots of time they use their wings to keep their balance. They also seem to stretch their muscles kind of reminds me of a athlete getting ready for a game. I didn't catch it this time but I have seen them get out of balance and have to fly.

I saw large birds like gbh loosing balance particularly on a windy day. Of course I could not catch the moment with my camera. You did capture that to a considerable extent.

I peeked in thinking youd captured something haphazzardly. Roger, those are some of the best images I've seen yet, number three isn't funny, it's just perfect.

the second, of course, belongs in the humor for July thread, it looks like he's ready to completely loose it there :?
