Very nice colors in the cars that you have photographed. If you do not mind some feedback: the high gloss reflections tend to be distracting to my eye. I wonder if you'd have been able to reduce them by using a polarizing filter? Just a thought!

if you're referring to my picture of the old corvette, then I actually was using a polarizing filter, but I kind of like the glossy effect :|

*it shows off the paint job nicely (cleanliness too)

Actually I was referring to Bluewing's pictures. The glossy effect in your picture seems controlled... the effect of using a PL filter. I also like the angular composition..nice effect. Jay

What ? I love the reflection. Maybe just me for the color rendition. I thought that makes the pict more interesting than what it is

Hi all,

Thank you for the kind words....:GIt was about 1 to 2 oclock in the afternoon when these pics were shot (High Sun). I used my Pentax 28-70mm f4 with a polarizer...

I thought of Roy when I posted the Panel Truck....:GThese guys did not get set up until Noon. Plus it was in the 90s and humid...

Then you'd probably also appreciate this new vette with the classic back on it
