i think this is the house i used to demostrate the different FOVs you get from 18mm-1400mm. it's over in the lens thread somewhere.
the house is about a mile away over water.

Despite the title, far from the most boring of threads. I almost feel overwhelmed posting in this one, but it is hard for me to imagine anything more boring than waiting for the 4th of July outdoor concert and fireworks show to begin. Even the guy who brought his own flag had lost interest in parading it.

There is an advantage to some boring shots. You never have to worry about motion blur. BTW....taken not with my K10D, but with a Pentax Optio S50.

You're right langong....I forgot about teaching her to shoot!!! She can hit a 50 cent piece at 50 yards with a .444 Marlin lever action rifle. And She is only 4'10" and about 100 lbs.
