I am shamelessly proud of my decision on the topic. It has drawn out so many outstanding entrys, many of them proving that the best picture isn't always a "good picture" with perfect sharpness and contrast.

I'd like to have ten votes, and I need another day or two to decide where to cast the one I have.

The voting will be closed and the winner announced after Wednesday at midnight, local time where ever you happen to be located. (That means I will count the votes Thursday evening local Swedish time.)

The variety of entries makes the choice difficult but mtngal's B&W portrait gets my vote.

Lots of great pics this month! Hard to decide but I'll vote for Gazander's.

Tough choice though. Congratulations to all.

I finally settled for... Annette, Ira's (Monza's) wife. A feel-goodimage I can't resist.

Okay. It certainly wasn't easy. But, my vote goes to Old Engineer's "Tony". I don't think that helps the vote counting any, though.

My vote's for Mtngal's b&w.

Thanks for your vote TDN! Yours was in my top 3.

Maybe some of you will think it should be up to personal preference, but I'd like to suggest that for the next challenge we try for a more standardized image resolution, like in the area of 720px on the wide end or something along those lines. No big deal, I just think it makes comparing technical quality a bit simpler.
