Last week I was taking some pictures of wildflowers in the mountains and ran across this sneaky white spider on a Thimbleberry flower. He just waits until a fly or small bee feeds on the nectar and has a free lunch. Wonder what he would do with a Hummingbird? Bruce

Bruce..I think he is a crab spider(if he has a couple red stripes).I had a couple on my white roses and they did the same..apparently some can change to the colour of the flower they are on.He'd had better have a big net for a hummer..:-)
