Now that is just plain funny - even Mr. Rockwell appears to have enjoyed it.

Anyway - I do like Mr. Rockwell's article on becoming a professional. The idea of treating the business side as a business not a hobby has been sobering to a few of my friends who think photography is a really cool way to make a living. I think I would give it up if it became real work.

As for his other stuff - I read it with a very large grain of salt, although he does have some interesting points of view. He is just one opinion among many. I do think his reaction to color spaces and RAW are just plain wrong.

Well, Rockwell himself has stated that if people are calling him an idiot, at least they are thinking.

Some actually useful info in there but lots of wading to get there...sometrimes all you can say is....

And no shortage of people here sometimesw calling others idiots either.... and really just difference of OPINION.... bmaybe too may have bookmarked here but the way you get in from home page is DISCUSSION forums :?

Discusion implies room for difference of opinion.... you can disagree, refute but just calling a person an IDIOT for difference of OPPINION???.... that totaly NEGATES DISCUSSION :?
