Hey BigDawg,
I would be interested to know which lenses you used for each picture. #3 appears to have a good bit of purple fringing. I think the first three are just a little out of focus too. The ants are the best IMO, whichever lens that was looks pretty sharp.

That was the Vivitar 80-200 I modified from a Yashica Contax mount to a Pentax mount. Nice little lens isn't it? No. 4 and 5 are with this lens.

No. 1 was with an Alpex 400mm lens, my home made extension tube. Made from a 3X teleconverter. Shot from around 15 feet away at f/22. Focus is very touchey at that distance and that F/stop. The other 2 are shot in deep shadow with a 28-80 Takumar lens and I do not remember the settings. Quite a bit of cropping on those two.
