I took the next couple of days off from work. Today it's pictures in the a.m. and framing in the p.m. Tomorrow, I head to Gold Rush Days--a HUGE flea market a couple of hours southeast of here. I will look for fountain pens and Pentax equipment.

A couple from this morning. DS with kit lens

Loving all these shots, but for me the 3rd opne really stands out - that would be on my wall for at least a month.

Very nice series, Rick! You really have a knack for getting the foggy river & wet web shots...just incredible! Just curious though...& maybe I missed them but didn't you have a lot of hummingbird shots last summer? or am I thinking of someone else here?

Enjoy the market & let us know if you find any pentax deals!!

Must be someone else--I've never been lucky enough to get a picture of one. I see them from time-to-time, but they're pretty skittish, and they always take off before I can even raise my camera to try a shot.

I just realized that I had you confused with a gentleman from the wildlife forum who is also from MN. So sorry! But if you would like to see some wonderful shots of hummingbirds (like commercial quality!) go to the wildlife & scroll down to "Ruby" by Buzzsaw...excellent series!!!
