I'll deviate a little form the otherwise total unity. For composition I also think #2 is best, with the headlights coming. But I prefer the colour setting of #3.

I'm with Kjell. #2 is a bit dark. I think being able to see the round lines of the tunnel come all the way to the ground in #2 gives it that more dramatic look. Well done.

Hi Ed,

How do you like the 12-24 compared to the 10-17 FE? I too have the 10-17 FE and the 16-45, and am considering getting the 12-24 because it is rectlinear. I like the FE, but at times would like something as wide but undistorted.

Great pictures!

I had a Sigma 8mm circular FE before buying the 10-17mm. The fishey is great for dramatic effects in limited circumstances. It can get old if overused. The rectilinier 12-24 is grear for tight places where you have no room to zoom with your feet. Also in crowded exibitions you can move in close to get the entire display with no distractions in the photo or having tocrop out the unwanted.

I like the first one. I think the ceiling works better with the blurred train providing a more pleasing less busy look and feel. Not that the others aren't nice, they are. But, I like #1 best.

#2. I ride the Metro everyday and we seem to take this for granted. It really is a nice design.

No. 1 for me, I think it has better symmetry.
