I agree on the keeper ratio. The flat field of the DOF makes keepers a little harder to come by. Also if used as a normal lens in an action type setting the fine focus is so slow and you have to turn it so many times to get a focus. You'll miss a few with it like that I found out. I paid including shipping $261.00 and feel it is well worth it....Still have to tip toe around Little Dawg right now. She almost snarls every time she sees that lens....And I paid for it with money I saved and money I earned by selling some lens on Ebay...Go figure!!!
