Here's one I intentionally decided not to crop. It reminds me of a sidelit marble:

You certainly did better than I did - your crop is better than my full frame preview in LR - the crop was just a mottle of muddy colors.

Here is one of the pictures I took this morning. One thing I found out is this image is 1.5 seconds and very little movement as you can see in the stars on the left. I did many of the shots during the middle part of the eclipse at 6 to 8 seconds and got blurry pictures due to earthmovement. The stars were about 3 times as long as wide and not circles anymore. If I had it to do again, I would keep my shutter speed faster than 2 seconds. The middle part of the eclipse was a beautiful orange, but the pictures were definately blurred likea water falls, but not that bad- Bruce

Nice shots Jason and Bruce. Jason, what is the watermark on yours? On your flicker page it hyperlinks to a Georgie Sharp's page. I don't use flicker, is this something they do?

I think both of you did better than I did, but decided that after a little pp this one wasn't too bad. It's been cropped some and resized - it totally falls apart if you look at it at 100% crop. I used the K10, but think I might have been better off using the K100.
