Nice shot Daniel - I don't envy you frantically spinning the focussing ring - I know I am hopeless at it, always go the wrong way.



Mind you if you have quality shots, like this one, then you don't need many keepers.

I have never managed much luck with BIF shots, this one (I posted a while back) is one of my best:
