Victor Talking Machine Company Style VV-VI, This is NOT another entry, just a different view. It atill works perfectly BTW, but you can see how the metal is pitted.

I liked the first picture better because I think the composition is better and the in-focus point is the point.

Roy - yours is awesome for something you don't normally do.

Steve - I would never have guessed that was a stapler - an interesting view of it.

Ira - You definitely got your "point" across! It's a good thing you made it clear which one was your entry - they are both very different yet both excellent. I think we've always allowed "clarifying" pictures - ones adding information.

Hmmm - Bill, I like your picture, butcan't quite decide if this qualifies or not. Is this a sticker on a vending machine that holds bubble gum? If so, it qualifies. If this is a real wooden nickel that is sitting on some bubble gum, then it wouldn't. Maybe it should qualify regardless, since I can't figure it out from just looking at the picture? And in any case, it's a neat picture.

Hehe . A lot ,and I think 99% , of my bird in flight (BIF) pict would qualify. A tail or a head here and there and focus is erratic. In term of quantity I will win.
