Okay, when I had my K100d, I hardly noticed any difference in shooting with my non-stabilized *istDS. Now, with the K10d, there is actually a noticable difference.

Check this out. K10d & APO DG70-300

300mm, f/5.6,1/10", Close Range (exif attached)... SR working overtime!

300 mm...did you say 1/10 of a second and was that without a tripod? If I got that right..I'm impressed with the clarity of the picture. That SR is worth it.

Yes, This is at 300mm at 1/10"... Handheld. I too was impressed. This was also quite close, no cropping was done.

Only thing k100d has going for it is the better sensor. Less noise and up to iso3200.

For everything else, K10d wins hands down. Speed, usability, features, customizability, etc

"better sensor" is really quite a broad statement. I think it would be more appropriate to say "higher ISO options." Personally, I have found that the K10d performs just as well as the K100/*ist Sensor at ISO1600 (after the 1.30 firmware update). Calling a 6mp sensor "better" than the 10mp equivilant because it offers ISO3200...? Maybe it's just me, but that's a bit far fetched.

Speaking of ISO, the picture above was taken at ISO1600. No noise processing was done either.
