Hard to get these in focus from top to bottom - good DOF.

I won't say what else this one reminds me of (too esoteric if you are not a marine biologist). Do you know thename of the variety?

No I don't know the name. I bought it hoping it would be a fruit producer, but no such luck. I love passion fruit.

Passion flower can make you passionate - unfortunately I have no place to grow them, yet. It's in the plans for a coming extension of the house, though. They have always been on top of my wishlist. Thanks for keeping the dream alive, Robert.

great shot robert. we use to see a number of varieties in N.O.,La. when i was growing up. you and P have reminded me about them.

No, I was thinking of Pycnopodiawith its jaws protruding (I couldn't find an image that shows that), butCerianthus is not a bad guess.
