Looks pretty good, especially for $15.00.

I guess I must be missing the point on what is and is not a good picture. This one looks pretty darn good to me -- especially for $15.:-)

Can you provide information as to why you don't like it?

Hi 2many,

This looks good. There's no exif that I can see, at what aperture did you shoot this?

This lens is an f3.5-4.5? I've really seen nothing about this lens that I can remember, and for the price you paid, it looks like a steal, especially since it's AF.

Tell us more -- does it have a single macro position? If so, at what FL? IIRC, it's just a bit bigger than the F 50s. How close does it focus in macro mode?

What I mean by it not being a good picture, was the subject matter, its just a leaf. I am very happy with the lens, it was a steal.

Scott,

The lens is a F3.5, the macrodoes not have a single position it will do macro from 35 to 70MM it will focus down to 2 feet at 70MM and 2.5 feet at 35 if I am looking at it right. Oh and I shot the picture at f5.6
