Desperate, just to enter something. This is my very first shot with my FA 35 f2.0 (you see how long I could wait before trying it). Don't vote for it :lol::lol::lol::lol:, I'll be gone for a couple of weeks and can't respond (not sure there is an Internet Cafe in Port St Johns, South Africa:blah.

As an English teacher, sometimes we do an activity called "Found Poetry," using newspapers, magazines, etc. I guess you'd call this "Found Art" on the hood of our new car...

Some neat pictures here! Kjell - have a great time on your trip and take lots of pictures for when you come back.

Todd - I love your reflection! I spent part of yesterday's lunch hour exploring reflections (windows of tall buildings mostly), but none of them were as spectacular as this one. I might steal your idea some time in the future because while I've used windows and mirrors, I never thought about using the hood of the car.

Here is my entry. My wife and I spent a few days in Victoria BC and by happenstance it coincided with NW Duece Day. 750+ 32-41 Fords, with a few Chevy's, a Pontiac and some others (a 27 Buggati) thrown in for good measure. This image was the only one I have that shows more than one car. Duece's as far as you could see - what a trip.

Oh - camera stuff - kit lens, K10D f/8, 1/100 ISO 100 - cloudy. Shot as RAW - converted to JPEG in Lightroom.
