Thanks Roy. I like Paint.net fine, but I'm not really good with these programs yet. I can't afford a really nice program yet, and once I can it will be hard to learn another! I do wish I understood more about framing and adding signatures though. There is a framing plugin. I guess I need to learn how to install it and ultimately use it!

go ahead and learn it. the GUI is very similar to PS.. if there is a 'frame' plugin then that means paint.net supports actions.. ck to see if it will support PS actions. that's my gripe about PSE.. it doesn't support actions..

Eddie,

Looks like you took those in some wet land or conservation area. Which area you are in? You are off to a very good start in birdie pict.

If you think you are not doing well in your pict, try this one . From the Administrator :G:G

Thanks Daniel and Roy! These were taken in a protected wetland area right on the Gulf of Mexico in northwest Florida. The birds love it here because it is cared for by the local Gulfarium and I believe they get free food from them. There are usually plenty of gulls, pelicans, herons, and other seabirdsaround this area.

you have some really nice photos in there

there is plenty of detail in the pelicans and heron shots ( i didnt look at all of them)

i would be worried about having such large photos on the net and available for downloading
especially with out your name on them

welcmt to the wonderful (and frustrating ) world of bird photography

lol
