as bad as the last one of these i had this one is as good. i don't know why the last copy i had of this lens was such a POS.
focus is around 20'' and mag is right at 1:3+

Now you know why I've been quite happy with mine, still use it occasionally, and have no intention of selling it.

Nice. There is no way I can get anything like that with mine. It is such a piece of junk that I don't even dare selling it. I like the small size/build of it thou.

Is this the non-SMC one, Roy? I have a 2.8 135mm Super Tak coming witha bunch of other stuff I bought.

wow, nice.

The copy I had wasn't nearly as good. It only started to get decent at f8.

Congrats on the buy!

I'm glad you are happy with it Roy... This is the lens you were sweating about, right?

my last copy was the same, a real POS. there was nothing wrong with it so it went back the way it came. this is the K mount model. evidently there was a problem with QC because i see others have had disappointments about it.

tom, my last one was the same way..

eddie, your super tak may be better altho a M42 mount.. post a couple of shoots wide open when you get it.
