I love taking outdoor portraits, but occasionally there is a surprise. The goal is to move to the large flat rock on the left to pose on it.

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"The journey is uneventful, at first

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"Just a little slip..........

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"Almost saving it.....

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"Nope.....

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"Not the most dignified way to have your senior picture taken....

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"Posted with the permssion of a laughing mother, who thought the whole sequence hilarious. In fairness to the young lady, the rest of the shoot had already produced some wonderful portraits.

She at least doesn't look too upset. Very sweet smile she has going for her.

Actually, I continued to shoot and she continued to pose for a couple of more minutes, got some great shots of an infectious laugh....however, I found out that the K10's SR doesn't work to great in compensating for a photographer laughing so hard he can't hold the camera still.

Wonderful series! And that's a good comment about the SR not dealing with a hysterically laughing photographer - never quite thought about that.
