I am voting for Harriet's because every time I look at it I am reminded of Stonehenge and the juxtaposition between the modern, ancient, and timeless gets to me. Probably way more than you intended in the shot Harriet (and way more explanation than is necessary) but I guess that is what makes photos "art.".

gawd tim,
and they let you into the PD ??? and promoted you to LT??
promotion was probably to get you out of the PD cars carrying suspects. you probably philosophised them too death.. hehe

:-) Well, it probably is why they put me in charge of the negotiating team.

Whatever you want to see in it is fine by me. I was actuallyinterested in the interesting shape/lighting on the clouds and had tried to find a way to minimize the influence of the tall buildings between my perch on a parking structure and the eastern sky. We see so few really spectacular sunrises that I always try to capture them.

I liked Reps shot as well, but I like Tim's just a little bit better.

My vote goes to snooked - 'rising storm'.
Computer gamer at heart.... the blob of fire is in such good contrast to the grey matter.

Reminds me of farcry... need to install that once more and play.

I had to flip a coin this month, just could not decide between Reps and Tim. I look at both and I like each one so much that it is just too hard to decide so... heads is Tim, tails is Reps. Coin is... Heads.

Congrats to both though, they are both winning photos in my eyes.
