Hi and welcome,
By the look of your equipment list you'll be quite well equipped. ... LBA shouldn't attack too soon. LOL ... Jack. :-)

Welcome to the board!

Looks like you have most of the bases covered, you'll have fun playing with your old lenses again. If your TC is the K T6-2X model, then I have the same one. Mine was pretty soft and useless as a teleconverter, but it made a good extension tube, once I removed the glass.

Post a couple of pictures when you get the camera, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

Welcome, Pastor! My K10D pretty much lives with my oldM 50mm 1.4 on it. I love that lens! I am also waiting on a Sigma 70-300 APO like yours.

Thanks everyone for the welcome --

I also have a Pentax AF 200S Flash -- anyone know if that would work on the K10d 2

Not sure what I have as far as the converter -- this is what is has on it
2X converter Made in Japan (looks like the date is 20-06-75) has PK on the side and has "Focal MC" on the side -- thats it??

This is a great community I look forward to being a part of it. I am really enjoying the many pictures everyone shares.

I got curious about Focal MC - there's occasionally lenses made by them for sale. About all I could find out quickly is that they are/were(?) a company that sold lenses made by others, so your TC might be OK, or it might be lousy. It would depend on who actually made it. The neat thing about digital is that you can play with it all you want, and you can always use the delete key. In any case, it's not the same one that I have - that no longer has glass in it.

Hi Pastorbbc,

Your AF 200S has a borderline trigger voltage (reported trigger voltages have been between 7.6 -7.8), so you might want to check it before using on the K10. It is, however apparently an auto thyristor type flash, so it would work within its range.

IIRC, "Focal" was the house brand for K Mart lenses. I've never really looked at them, so have no idea as to how good they could be. I don't think I would get involved in a bidding war for one any time soon though.
