I have been told that this is a record year line of duty deaths for law enforcement, there have certainly been many here in Florida.Earlier this yeara trooper I have known my entire career was gunned down two miles from my home. Thanks for sharing these pictures and for turning out to pay respects, it really means a lot to an officer's family when the community shows support at these times. No matter what our profession, it is important to remember that none of us are promised a tomorrow.

Very nice series, an unusual look at law enforcement. The pictures are very moving.
