Thanks everyone for tha comments. I was trying to get the DOF ans sharpness right, but then it got mauled by the intended recipients (one of which thought I was crazy for photographing it in the first place)!

Could you define sharp? My noobish knowledge sayz that this pic is sharp. And by 'getting the DOF right' did you mean to say that even the leaf (cabbage?) should have been in focus? But if everything is in focus... that actually defeats the purpose of DOF right? Cos DOF exists so that a photographer can lay stress on the foregroud by blurring out the background?

Just trying to figure what pro's mean by sharp and good DOF?

How do i configure a signature for my id ... which says... Correct Me If I Am Wrong :-)
