Hello,

There have been posts on flash units and I just wanted to say that my Promaster 7500EDF arrived today for my K10D. I am charging batteries now for it and will report once I have had a chance to try it out.

I am not sure why, I suspect there is something wrong with the unit. For some reason it won't work with dead batteries. I thought I had them charged and they weren't. Darn it another delay. I am dieing to blind a small animal!

The cats and dog are safe, they long ago started to runaway when I had the camera in hand. It is the poor caged rat that you need to pitty!

Have you got to try the flash yet?If so how do you like....

I have a dedicated flash combo I am in the middle of right now so I am interested in your flash and its performance.

When I get mine together (dedicated module should arrive tomorrow)I will post with some pics with what I had done.I am hoping for the best as you are.

So when I saw your post I found myself excited about your flash and hope you post soon...

I have taken a few test shots (flash works great with charged batteries... not so much with weak or dead ones). I am not really sure what exactly I am doing. I connect it to the camera and take pictures the flash flashes and so far I have to say they look better than shots with the on camera flash (the cameras own flash).

I will post some samples in a little bit.
